KLM Mechanical Service is your first choice for residential heating and cooling repairs. Our technicians are thoroughly trained for most HVAC repair problems. When our technician arrives at your home, he will make a thorough diagnosis of the problem. The service technician then discusses the problem they have found and their recommendations. They explain what part of the equipment is not functioning properly and what repair parts it will take, if any, to fix the problem. It might be as simple as lighting the pilot light!
The cost of the repairs and parts are discussed prior to any repairs being made. You have the option of authorizing the repairs. If you choose not to authorize the repairs, you will be charged for a diagnostic fee.

Silver Plan
One time equipment cleaning and inspection.
Gold Plan
Two equipment cleanings per year plus lifetime parts warranty on repairs, 10% on labor, and priority scheduling.
Why maintenance plans? All equipment manufacturers recommend semi-annual equipment safety and performance checks. Systems that are neglected can not operate at their peak efficiency or capacity. We can also identify potential problems before they fail on the hottest day of the year.
